This was the first label, the most traditional Gavi, now made from young vines located in the heart of Rovereto and represents the true essence of Gavi. Light straw in color with green undertones. Zesty lemon aromas with some almond and stone fruit notes. Crisp, lively, mineral character with sharp acidity and a refreshing, lasting finish.
Fine, delicate, pleasently tart taste indicates antipasti, fish and seafoos. Unrivaled with oyesters, but an elegant accompaniment to white meat and vegetable pies.
